Coronal Mass Ejection
Catalog: M2M_CATALOG
Start Time: 2025-05-11T07:24Z ( SOHO: LASCO/C2 )
All Detecting Spacecrafts:
SOHO: LASCO/C2
STEREO A: SECCHI/COR2
Activity ID: 2025-05-11T07:24:00-CME-001 (version 1)
Source Location: N20E30
Note Keyword:
Faint: Faint event; may affect type assignment
FF: Event fails/disappears before exiting COR2
OFL: Outflowing material at the back of the CME
OVR: Event partially overlaps with another CME
Source Signature Keyword:
PEA: Post eruption arcade
FIL: Filament eruption
DIM: Dimming
Morphology Keyword:
O: Other
Note: A very faint CME to the northeast in SOHO LASCO C2 and STEREO A COR2, not seen in C3 because of its faintness. It might be associated with an eruption in the small unnumbered region located at~N20E30, as seen in SDO AIA 193 starting ~2025-05-11T05:21Z as a small area dimming and minor post-eruptive arcades.

Event Type Catalog
Measurement TypeCME measurement type: Leading Edge (LE), Shock Front (SH), Right Hand Boundary (RHB), Left Hand Boundary (LHB), Black/White Boundary (BW), Prominence Core (COR), Disconnection Front (DIS), Trailing Edge (TE).
Prime?"primary flag" which is either True or False. If there are multiple CME analysis entries for a single CME, this flag would indicate which analysis is considered most accurate per measurement type. This is a helpful flag if you would like to download only one most accurate CME analysis per CME per Measurement Type
